Gigaphoton Seminar
Our industry is now heading for the next design rule of sub-0.13 . Taking the opportunity of Semicon Japan, Gigaphoton will hold a seminar on "To the sub-0.13 generation," with top scientist and researchers as guest speakers. After the seminar, participants will have an opportunity to meet Gigaphoton management over lunch. Please ask a Gigaphoton sales person, or send us e-mail for registration. The number of participants is limited to 120. Simultaneous Japanese-English translation will be available.

Opening a Gigaphoton Division in Ushio Taiwan Inc., expanding sales and field support
Ever Team International has been the exclusive distributor in Taiwan for Gigaphoton excimer lasers. The success of working with Ever Team International has brought expanded opportunities for this new era. Because Taiwan has become one of the largest and important markets for manufacturers in this industry, Gigaphoton has decided to establish a division within Ushio Taiwan Inc. The functions handled by Ever Team International in the past will be carried over to this division, with Ever Team International and Gigaphoton continuing to cooperate in areas such as sales promotions for our customers in Taiwan. Gigaphoton will maintain a close relationship with end users and sales/service offices of litho-tool manufacturers, focusing on integrating information from the field into the product development and customer support functions.
