We express our heartfelt sympathies to all those who have been affected by the earthquake and tsunami that occurred on the east coast of Kamchatka Peninsula on July 30th, 2025. We pray for a swift recovery and reconstruction.

Regarding the impact on Gigaphoton Inc., headquartered in Japan and all five of our operating sites, we have confirmed that employees and customer service have not been affected.

The status of our company is as follows;

1. Employee Status
   We have confirmed the safety of all Gigaphoton group employees working in Japan.
   
2. Operating Building and Facilities
   We have confirmed that all five operating sites in Japan can continue to operate as usual.
   
3. Service Operations
   The service operation has not been affected and can operate as usual.
   
4. Spare Parts Inventory
   The inventory of spare parts stored in warehouses at the five sites is not affected, and there is no impact on customer support.
   
5. Supply Chain
   We are currently investigating whether there are any impacts on our supply chain.
