栃木県小山市；2026年2月12日、半導体リソグラフィ用光源メーカーであるギガフォトン株式会社（本社: 栃木県小山市、代表取締役社長: 榎波龍雄）は、2026年2月22日（日）から26日（木）（アメリカ時間）にかけてカリフォルニア州サンノゼにて開催される、半導体露光技術に関する世界最大の学会「SPIE Advanced Lithography + Patterning 2026」に参加し、論文発表を行います。
ギガフォトンは、ガス消費量削減やGHG削減、スペクトル幅やレジスト配合によるLER/LWR最小化、さらにプロセスウインドウの最適化など、露光用DUV光源に関する最先端技術の発表を行います。また、検査用EUV光源および先端パッケージ向けDUV光源に関する技術の最新状況についても発表いたします。
