Oyama, Tochigi; November 25, 2025, Gigaphoton Inc. (Head Office: Oyama, Tochigi; President and CEO: Tatsuo Enami), a manufacturer of lightsources for semiconductor lithography, announced that it will exhibit at the High-Precision and Difficult Manufacturing Technology Show 2025, which will take place at Tokyo Big Sight, from December 3 through December 5.

Gigaphoton is advancing its research and development in deep ultraviolet (DUV) laser applications alongside its innovative lightsources for semiconductor lithography. The company is also engaged in R&D on processing technologies for difficult-to-machine materials using hybrid ArF lasers and all-solid lasers through collaborative efforts. Gigaphoton will participate in the upcoming exhibition to share its technologies and further explore the potential applications.

At the exhibition, Gigaphoton will showcase posters that highlights its achievements in lightsource development, as well as processed samples of materials such as single crystal SiC and CMC (ceramic matrix composites). Furthermore, Gigaphoton will present at a seminar on December 3rd, providing details on the background and processes of its research and development efforts.
